Aladdin’s Laundry App is a dedicated, network-driven, virtual laundry service that integrates real time logistics with customer orders recorded and queued for pick-up and delivery with special requests, date, time and address, working with all Laundromats world-wide.
Summary: Aladdin’s Laundry has developed a unique touch phone app integrated into a Real Time Personal Laundromat service outsourcing method with the potential to significantly increase laundry efficiency while lowering overall costs that will bring work and prosperity to individuals anywhere there is a self-service Laundromat. The phone app, as well as Aladdin’s Laundry website, is directly in contact with the nearest Laundromat and an Aladdin’s Laundry Service person who receives the customer’s order placement with pick-up and delivery times and location and immediately schedules the work order and route for pick up.
Each article of clothing is washed, fabric softened, dried, fluffed and folded, starched, pressed, scented to the client’s specifications with Organic, Non-allergenic and other health options available directly from the Aladdin’s Laundry phone app or website.
Aladdin’s Laundry Service “Genie” personal representative will arrive wearing Aladdin’s Laundry shirt and photo ID and place all incoming laundry into Aladdin’s Laundry Bag.
After confirming order, clothing articles, instructions and delivery times, Aladdin’s Laundry person will secure customers clothing and bag with locks and Customer ID tags and numbers on each bag for secure keeping. These details including each article of clothing and special requests for each are recorded on Aladdin’s Laundry Service Center and is confirmed prior to customer’s final order. Printout receipts will be available at time of pick-up.
Protocol: An Example Order and how it works
From Aladdin’s centralized Admin console, the business will have access to manage all Laundromat accounts, user accounts, billing console and subscription console.
All Laundromats have their own admin panel, so they can track their customers order and their own financial accounts.
Customer needs to download the app and register themselves into the Aladdin Laundry app. They can choose their nearby Laundromat and can place their order.
When the customer places an order, it is recorded in the server database, the server contact’s the appropriate Laundromat, and the order is displayed on the Laundromat’s admin console.
Laundromat can schedule with customer for pick up the order, and also acknowledges to customer "Your order will be picked up on next Sunday morning 10 AM". Customer can change the order pick up time, as well as reschedule the order or edit the order for example, increase the number of items etc.
Alert Customer of the order: the Laundromat can acknowledge to customer that the order has been received and will be in queue for cleaning, drying, pressing, etc.
Once Clothing is ready for pick up, Aladdin’s Laundry Laundromat places the order in “ready to pick up” queue with billed amount, and then Server will push the notification to user.
After Customer is prompted by Aladdin’s Server that “Clothing is Ready” with the billed amount, the Customer will pay bill via PayPal from Aladdin’s Laundry app or website and continue with scheduled delivery time.
Payment will go to Aladdin’s laundry Invoice Accounts Receivable Department via PayPal Account. Earning amount will display for individual Laundromat Service Agents in their Admin financial console.
The Aladdin’s Laundry Service Agent can request for withdrawal amount any time. Aladdin’s Laundry person will review and manually dispatch the amount to Laundromat account.
